A north facing villa, design based on vasthu, was made for clients who were interested in traditional interior, high roof, lavish garden and a grand lounge.
A chettinad kind of look (for a solid feel) asked by the client was reinforced by us with contemporary architecture. It can be seen in the elevation vividly from NH-45 bridge en route Trichy – Chennai bypass.

The north of the plot, as per vasthu is a huge unbuilt portion catering beautiful views from first floor balcony into its beautiful lawn cum water body, rocks sculpture and pavers.
