- Madurai – Virudhunagar highway inspired the focal view of the design, which resulted in a 15 feet rise of the Administration Block, with road running under it and a bridge connecting its first floor to the First Year Block
- A helipad in front of the Administration Block, connects to the VIP guest house

- Buildings designed to have an IT park feel in totality
- Contains 21 activities in all
- Black cotton soil to a maximum height of 5 feet posed a serious issue in estimating the project cost
- A canal runs through the diagonal length of the site, across which bridges are designed and plazas are placed, thus capitalizing natural resources available
- A shopping mall and a community clinic at the entry, takes the design to a broader spectrum, whereby the local villagers and people from neighboring town can use it
- The condors for the staff and villas for the professors are laid in a well prepared layout keeping in mind the proximity factor to the Academic Blocks
- All academic blocks are provided with e learning facilities and huge plazas, for break time studies
- Hostels are provided with self contained indoor and outer games
- The library renders the needful to UG and PG sectors. The building is completely glazed, and justifies the natural lighting aspects of standard library design
- A semi Olympic swimming pool and a 200 meters track takes the grade of the college to a national level
- A community centre, amphi theatre, boating in lake – all cater to the recreational aspects of the students community
- Wholesomely, the skyline of the buildings, course of activities performed, the road network complimenting the passage of canal, the artificially created lake, the magnitude of the stadium, the elevated podium – are all engulfed by a 30 feet height flat arch grand entry, which adds to the brilliance of that which lies behind it
